Our products are sold for personal vehicle use only. Product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, and prices may be updated without notice.

Product Compatibility
Lujo Veloz wireless adapters are designed only for vehicles that already support factory built-in wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto via USB. They do not add CarPlay or Android Auto to cars that do not already support it. The product brief also states aftermarket wired systems should not be treated as supported unless supplier confirmation is obtained.

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase. We may request vehicle make, model, year, phone model, software version, photos, or video when reviewing support or refund claims.

Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, fraud screening, and successful payment authorization. We may refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Use of Website
You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or interfere with store operations.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, unsupported vehicles, misuse, aftermarket systems, or customer failure to check compatibility. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
