Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Lujo Veloz.

For UK online orders, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. Once you notify us, you then have another 14 days to return the item. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return. 

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Compatibility Notice:
Lujo Veloz adapters only work with vehicles that already support factory built-in wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto through USB. They do not add CarPlay or Android Auto to vehicles that do not already support it and are not suitable for most aftermarket head units.

For compatibility claims, customers may need to complete troubleshooting and provide vehicle make, model, year, phone model, software version, and photos or video of the issue.

Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by UK consumer rights.
