Order Cancellations & Delivery Charges

For cancelled online orders, standard outbound delivery charges may be refunded where required under applicable UK consumer protection laws. If a customer has selected and paid for a premium or expedited delivery service, only the cost of the standard delivery option will generally be eligible for refund.

Lujo Veloz adapters are designed for vehicles that already support factory-installed wired Apple CarPlay® or wired Android Auto™ via USB connection. Customers are encouraged to verify compatibility before purchasing to help avoid incorrect-fit orders.
